Care : DO NOT WASH – Wipe Clean with damp cloth. Avoid contact with oil or solvents. Avoid contact with lighter materials as some colour transfer may occur.
Great quality real suede, nicely made stitching etc. However, the insole is so thick I couldn’t get them on and it was not stuck to the insole so that didn’t help either. I chose Totes again as it is my preferred choice for slippers, shame but the customer service are great and Oromo to rectify the issue. I accepted and refund but it was short of my payment as the delivery cost was not refunded despite the issue being at fault, disappointed really.
