What do we do?


Here in the UK, we've been highly visible in high street stores for over 25 years and you'll probably know us best for our branded ranges such as totes® umbrellas, totes® toasties slippers and slipper-sox (hands up if you've never had a pair of those!) plus ISOTONER® gloves, hats and scarves. What you might not yet know, though, is that ESNY footwear joined the line-up from last summer, introducing beautifully detailed sandal and flip-flop styles to our product selection.

We're proud to supply household names like Asda, Boots, Debenhams, House of Fraser, Sainsburys and Tesco as well as many independent retail outlets - all from our head office and warehouse in Billericay, Essex.

Over the years our UK-based development teams have concentrated on recognising, and satisfying, the diverse tastes of our customers and on providing high quality, up-to-date, value for money product ranges where fun, fashion and function can combine to offer something for everyone.

So, having been around for quite a while, we also know it's important to keep a very keen eye on the latest trends and new innovations. Our eco ranges - umbrellas, gloves, slippers and slipper-sox - have been developed in response to the demands of an increasingly environmentally conscious society and we're also members of the SEDEX organisation which enables retailers and their suppliers to work together in ensuring that ethical sourcing takes place right across the board. This, together with product quality AND the level of service we provide to all our customers - retail and individual - is vitally important to us, and we see our achievement of ISO 9001 in December 2003 as an ongoing process to make sure that you, our customer, always get the very best from totes»ISOTONER (UK) Ltd..
