RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

What is the returns policy?

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the full price paid.

 

However, we insist that the product must be returned unused and with tags and packaging intact.

 

We also recommend that you keep a note of your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

 

Discounts & Promotions

 

If you are returning items that you bought using a discount or promotion offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

 

How to Use Our FREE UK Returns and Exchange Service

 

1. Please indicate the reason(s) for return on the delivery note or returns form (Click Here to download a returns form) and provide any additional information requested

 

2. Enclose the delivery note or returns form in your parcel and pack securely ensuring that any original labels are removed or completely covered

 

3. Create a FREE Tracked Royal Mail Label (Click Here) to attach to your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, select the QR code option and Royal Mail will print the label for you when you drop your parcel off.

 

4. Either pop the item in to your local Post Office, or alternatively Click Here to use Royal Mail's Collection Service for easy home collection from 30p.

 

NB. If you cannot print the returns label, you can instead request a Royal Mail QR code. Simply present the QR code at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and they will print the label for you. Please note we are unable to refund postage paid for returns not made via our FREE Royal Mail service.

 

If the Royal Mail should refuse to accept an item for any reason, please let us know. We can then advise on the best alternative method of return.

 

How long will an exchange or refund take?

 

Using our FREEPOST Royal Mail Tracked Return Service you can be assured of its safe arrival with us, normally within 2-4 days. Once received, we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 2 working days, but at peak times this can take a little longer.

 

If you are outside the UK, we're afraid we can't offer FREE returns or re-delivery; apologies for that but we'll always try to help.
