Strong gusts can damage your umbrella. To reduce this risk carry your umbrella facing the wind. Always leave your umbrella open until completely dry. Use plain water to clean your canopy as detergents may affect the water repellence. Do not leave in direct sunlight.

It looks and feels robust as did the last one. The last one needed replacing after three years because the ties holding the material to the spokes came undone. Time will tell as to whether this is a problem for the new one
